Cash Central Repayment Options

A loan with Cash Central is straightforward and easy. Start by completing a new customer application to receive an approval decision. Once approved, new and existing customers alike will then request their loan,* choosing either a payday loan or installment loan where applicable. Funds from your loan are automatically deposited into your checking account and the loan is repaid in full on your next payday for payday loans, or on an installment plan in accordance with your paydays for installment loans. However, when requesting a payday loan you may notice we ask for both your routing and account number and a debit card for repayment of your loan. Here’s all you need to know about your repayment options with Cash Central.

Why do we ask for both?

We understand you may be confused about why we would need both your routing and account numbers and your debit card information, and we’re here to clear that up. We only require you to provide the routing and account number to your checking account for us to deposit funds and repay your loan, if that’s what you’re most comfortable doing. However, you can choose to add a debit card to repay your loan rather than processing payment via an ACH. We provide this option as a courtesy to you as there are several benefits to using a debit card for repayment of your loan.

Benefits of Using a Debit Card

Though you’re not required to provide us with your debit card, there are a few benefits to doing so we believe are worthwhile. Processing an ACH payment, which is when we process payment through your account’s routing and account number, takes time. Depending on the processing time of your bank it could take anywhere from three to five business days1 to process, clear, and post to your account. Usually, this means you have to wait during that processing time before getting a true and accurate update on available funds in your account. You may also be required to wait this processing time before you can request another loan with Cash Central as we must verify that your payment cleared. Using a debit card for repayment could speed this process up as paying with a debit card is usually instantaneous. Funds will generally clear your bank account as soon as the debit card transaction is processed, which also means your Cash Central loan is considered paid in full at the time the debit card payment is processed. Pending any state-required cooling off periods, you would usually be immediately eligible to take a new loan when you need to.

Other Options

We understand there may be situations where you are unable to make a payment from your checking account or debit card. Not to worry, we have other repayment options available. One alternative repayment options is to make your payment through either Western Union or MoneyGram. To send us a payment with these services, simply use Cash Central as the biller’s name, or use our receive code with MoneyGram which is 4813. You can also mail us a money order or cashier’s check. To ensure timely receipt of your payment we recommend sending your payment by Priority Mail. We do not accept personal or business checks. With any of these alternative repayment options you will also need your Cash Central account number. If you do not know it, please give us a call at 1-800-460-4305.

If you’re unable to make your payment on it’s scheduled due date, we may have other options available to you, such as a courtesy move, refinance, an extended payment plan, or a variable payment plan. For more information on these options, feel free to check out our Frequently Asked Questions or give us a call at 1-800-460-4305.
